You agree to pay to ParkingHK.com the service fee of HK$____, equivalent to 0.3% of agreed sales price. (Minimum HK$200)

After you agree & sign this document, it will become an agreement and be delivered to the other party for action.

A 48-hour deadline is also set for other party to sign and pay service fee. No refund will be made after both parties pay fees.

Space number and contact details will be provided after other party agrees & signs the same, and pay service fee

Members protection

After 48 hours from your payment of service fee, we will fully refund the fee to you if other party does not respond to your offer. No surcharge will be imposed.

On rare occasion, if one party fails to complete the deal after both parties paying fees, we will base on bargain record to help mediate, and to assist as a witness to claim compensation from other party.
