You agree to pay to ParkingHK.com the service fee of HK$300, equivalent to 0.3% of agreed sales price.

XAfter you pay for service fee, our computer system will set a 48-hour deadline for other party to agree & sign online agreement and pay for service fee.

No refund will be made after both parties paid fees.

On rare occasion, if one party fails to complete the deal after both parties paying fees, we will base on bargain record to help mediate, and to assist as a witness to claim compensation from other party.
